RDA Recommends $1.6 million for Huntington Project December 16, 2016 Report The Northeast Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA) is recommending the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) approve $1,6 million in Regional Cities Initiative Funding for the redevelopment of the UB/IOOF Building in downtown Huntington. The overall project cost is an estimated $8 million, converting decades of blight into 21st century market rate loft apartments, retail space and locations for initiatives of both Pathfinder Services and Huntington University.
