May Unemployment at 4.3% in Huntington County

 

The Indiana Department of Workforce Development released the May 2015 Unemployment Report.  According to the report, the unemployment rate for Huntington County stood at 4.3%.  The report indicates that 184 additional Huntington County residents had jobs in May compared to April.  The overall number of Huntington County residents in the workforce grew by 221 from the previous month.  

 

The May report comes on the heels of an April report which was reported the strongest employment picture in 15 years for Huntington County residents.
