Huntington's Robotics Team to Compete for World Title

The Huntington County 4-H Robotics Team, 1501 T.H.R.U.S.T., under the direction of Mr. Chris Elston, is headed to Detroit, Michigan, to compete for the world championships.  The students continue their reputation for excellence having competed multiple times in the World Championships after repeated victories in local, state-wide and mid-western competitions. The team earned the right to host the Indiana State Championships in 2017.

"These students give our local industries confidence in the future of our workforce," said Mark Wickersham, the executive director of Huntington County Economic Development Corporation. "But most importantly, they're the pride of our Community and families.  We know they will make our Community proud in everything they do," he concluded.
