Eight businesses recognized at annual HCED Business Appreciation Luncheon


On Friday, April 19, Huntington County Economic Development honored eight companies whose 2012 projects totaled more than $20 million. It was part of the annual Business Appreciation Luncheon held at the Huntington University Habecker Commons.

Together, these businesses committed to creating 166 net new jobs and retaining 1,313 jobs in Huntington County. They included:

  • Ÿ  Huntington Sheet Metal
  • Ÿ  Isolatek International
  • Ÿ  M & S Industrial Metal Fabricators
  • Ÿ  Lutheran Medical Group
  • Ÿ  Perfection Wheel
  • Ÿ  Novae Corporation
  • Ÿ  UT Electronic Controls

 

“We want to do everything possible to communicate to our Huntington County employers that we’re proud of you, your work and employees,” said Mark Wickersham, executive director, Huntington County Economic Development.
