Kosciusko County Joins Regional Partnership October 22, 2015 Report The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership (NEIRP) now includes an 11th Member. Kosciusko County Officials formally joined the NEIRP on October 21, 2015. "This is great news for our Region," said Mark Wickersham, executive director of Huntington County Economic Development Corporation.
