HCUED Honors Board Member Service March 28, 2022 Report Huntington County Economic Development Corporation executive director, Mark Wickersham, presented recognition plaques to Huntington County Commissioner Tom Wall and former Huntington County Councilman Phil Hibbert in appreciation for their work on the Agency's Board of Directors. "Commissioner Wall has been probably the most aggressively supportive Board Member we've ever had," said Mark Wickersham, executive director. "Tom has been active with the economic development efforts of this County since before I was first employed by the Agency in 2008. Our Agency simply wouldn't be what it is today without Tom's hard work and support," Wickersham said. Commissioner Rob Miller has now joined the Board as Tom's term (as a Board Member) expired December 31, 2021. Phil Hibbert formerly served as the appointed member representing the Town of Roanoke in addition to his role as a former County Councilman. "Phil's professional experience as both a Town Engineer and a key member in a private sector development company has been very valuable to our Agency. It was an honor working with him," Wickersham said.
